What?Participating videobloggers post a new video to their blog every day for a week.
Videoblogging week started in 2004 with less than ten videobloggers as a participatory way to raise awareness of videoblogging and welcome new videobloggers. In 2005 and 2006 it grew to include hundreds of videobloggers. In 2007 we hope tousands.
Every year videoblogging week is based on a theme, but following the theme is not required. For 2006, it was "vlogging dangerously".
This year's suggested theme:
One vlogosphere, crossing borders, making new friends. Youtube and a thousand different webservices the world wide developing worlds developing vlogging platforms cheap camera's and accessibility cheap tools vlogging as simple as twittering One vlogosphere, crossing borders, making new friends, acknowledging and celebrating all the tools, services and platforms that have spring up to make videoblogging so easy in the last three years.

Who?All you need is desire and a camera. Anyone can participate.
How?
To participate post videos and tag them "videobloggingweek2007".
Where?
Videoblogging week ultimately happens on the videoblogs of those participating, but it is tracked by various sites including YouTube, mefeedia.com, blip.tv, dabble.com, and technorati.com. There may also be related events on associated site like flickr.com and SpinXpress. (links forthcoming, feel free to add)
